What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products in the following categories: automation wireless brands, bath fittings and accessories, cable and wire brands, digital locks, electrical conduits and PVC items, various accessories and fan brands, kitchen solutions, lighting brands, plumbing PVC items, switches and accessories, and switchgear. Our catalog includes trusted brands and diverse solutions for both home and commercial needs.
Are your products suitable for residential, commercial, or industrial use—or all of them?
Our products are suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Whether you’re looking for solutions for your home, office, business premises, or industrial facility, we offer a wide selection of brands and products to meet all types of requirements.
Do you provide only branded products, or are there non-branded options available as well?
We primarily feature branded products in our catalog for quality and reliability. However, if you specifically request a non-branded item, we can source it locally and provide it based on your needs. Please note that non-branded items may not come with a guarantee or warranty.
Do your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty? If so, how long is it typically?
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand and product category. Warranties typically range from 1–10 years. Non-branded items may not include any warranty or guarantee.
Who should customers contact for warranty or after-sales service?
Customers should usually contact the product’s manufacturer directly for any warranty claims or after-sales service. In rare cases, under special circumstances, we may take the item back ourselves and arrange a replacement.
Do you provide installation support or guidance for any of your products?
For automation and digital locks, the manufacturer may send their team for installation. For most other products, installation is handled by the customer’s electrician. Manufacturer guidelines should be followed for proper functioning and warranty.
If a customer needs a large quantity or a product that’s out of stock, can you source it on request?
Quantity is never an issue—we welcome large orders and can usually arrange sourcing for out-of-stock products. We are also happy to provide special pricing for bulk purchases.
Do you help customers choose the right product or brand for their needs (consultation services)?
Yes! We provide personalized consultation—our consultant reviews your needs and suggests multiple brands and options to help you select the right product for your budget and requirements.
Can customers request specific brands or models not listed in your catalog?
Yes. If you need a particular brand/model not shown in our catalog, let us know. We can often source it, subject to availability and possible changes in warranty for special/non-branded items.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI and direct bank transfers. Razorpay (for credit/debit card and online payments) will be added soon.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial payment options?
No. We require 100% advance payment before dispatching any order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return or replacement policy?
Returns are possible only on certain products, mainly if they are still in sellable condition. Return acceptance depends on the item and distributor’s policy. As products come from multiple vendors, processing returns isn’t always feasible. Please order only what you need, and contact us for specific return queries.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Which areas do you deliver to?

Every proforma invoice includes a tracking ID and delivery agent’s phone number. Any further questions or updates can be directed to the agent or our team.
How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. Exact delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of order.

DOCUMENTATION & BILLING

Will I receive a GST invoice with my order?
Yes, every order comes with a GST-compliant invoice. Additional documents for institutional or government orders are available on request.

SUPPORT & CONTACT

Do you have a physical store or is your business entirely online?
We have a physical location for wholesale dispatch and godown operations (mainly B2B). Retail walk-in shopping is not available. Most customer orders and support are handled online or by direct contact.
Do you offer support or exclusive services for your B2B customers?
Absolutely—B2B enquiries are welcome. We offer special bulk rates and tailored solutions for trade and business clients.
Do you provide after-sales technical support or troubleshooting?
Most technical support is handled by the product manufacturer. If our involvement is needed, we will specify it at the time of purchase.
